2.少許油起油鍋,放入蝦仁煎香煎8分熟起鍋備用
3.原鍋下洋蔥炒香後,放入甜椒、半碗水,稍稍炒一下
4.最後,加入蝦仁及調味料(鹽、味醂),快速炒勻即可。
