食材: 茄子3條、蔥1根、薑1小段、蒜瓣、瘦豬絞肉50g、麻油1小匙
調味料:辣豆瓣醬1.5大匙、醬油1小匙、烏醋1小匙、赤藻糖醇1~2小匙、米酒2小匙、水1/3杯
作法:
- 蔥、薑、蒜切末。
- 茄子去蒂切段。
- 燒水,水滾後加入一小匙鹽,將茄子放入滾2-3分鐘,起鍋瀝乾。
- 熱鍋,用1小匙麻油爆香蔥、薑、蒜末。
- 放入絞肉炒至六七分熟,再放辣豆瓣醬炒香,再放入其他調味拌炒
- 最後放入茄子拌炒即完成
