2 scoops TLS Nutrition Shake – Chocolate Delight
OR 1 serving TLS Whey Protein Shake – Chocolate
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp. reduced fat peanut butter
1 tbsp. dark cocoa powder
