Often, I don’t get enough sleep and sometimes even when I do, I still don’t feel well rested.  Studies show only 32% of Americans get at least 7 hours of sleep a night. What’s the solution? Regular physical activity.

Recent studies have shown that exercising on a regular basis will help you get more sleep. Just a simple 30 minute workout every day to get your heart going could help.

Tips To Tucker You Out Naturally:

1.       Get to the gym! A run on the treadmill or a thirty minute stride on the elliptical will burn calories and give you a good sweat.

2.       If you don’t like the gym take a walk through your neighborhood and listen to one of your favorite books on audio or ESPN radio.

3.       Blast your favorite CD dance and sing in the mirror for 20-30 minutes. This will help to get your heart rate up.

4.       Park in the back of the parking lot. Walking the extra distance can help you burn those extra calories.

5.       Workout during the day if you workout to close to bedtime you might not be able to go to sleep.
