蝦仁碗豆蛋

食材: 蝦仁 150公克、雞蛋 3顆、水 3大匙、碗豆 50公克 調味料: 醃 料(米酒 0.5大匙、鹽 少許、白胡椒粉 少許)   作法: 將蝦仁用醃料先醃30分鐘。 將雞蛋、水和少許的鹽打散成蛋液。 熱鍋後,先炒熟碗豆後,再加入蝦仁煎至約5分熟。 最後,加入蛋液一起下鍋炒熟即可

食材: 韭黃 300g、瘦豬肉絲 150g、蒜末 2小匙、辣椒2支 調味料: 水60cc、鹽1/2小匙、赤藻糖醇 ½小匙、米酒 1大匙 醃料: 水2小匙、醬油1小匙、米酒1/2小匙、胡椒粉1/2小匙 作法: 將豬肉絲用所有醃料醃至少30分鐘 韭黃洗淨切約5公分段狀,辣椒洗淨切片 熱鍋倒入1小匙麻油,將醃好的肉絲放入拌炒至半熟後,起鍋備用 熱鍋,炒香蒜末後,放入韭黃段與辣椒片炒香,再放入3的肉絲,加入所有調味料,炒至收汁即可

魚香茄子

泰式打拋豬

食材:豬絞肉 300公克、番茄(切一小口狀) 2顆、辣椒(切碎末) 半根、大蒜(切碎末) 五瓣 調味料:海鹽或低鹽醬油、檸檬汁 一大匙 作法: 1.平底鍋不加油,開中大火,直接把絞肉放進鍋裡,先把豬肉的腥味煎掉,同時也逼出豬油。 2.豬肉大致變色有一點焦黃,就可以加入蒜末跟辣椒末爆香以後,拌炒均勻。 3.把海塩或低鹽醬油倒下去炒勻,試吃,調味。 4.加入切好的番茄,快速翻炒大概20秒左右,完成!
