食材:蝦仁1斤、蒜頭末(切碎末) 五瓣
調味料:普羅旺斯香草、鹽、TABASCO
作法:
1.鍋子加入150cc食用水,蒜頭末下鍋炒香,待香氣出來後加入蝦仁拌炒至略呈紅色。
2.依序加入鹽、TABASCO、普羅旺斯香草拌炒。
3.拌炒至蝦仁全熟後即可起鍋。
