Fall Inspired TLS Shake Recipes

Can you believe fall is just around the corner?? Seriously, the first day of fall is next week! We are so excited for all thing fall! From the leaving changing colors, crisp air, football, to all things pumpkin, we absolutely can’t wait! Senses are an amazing thing, for example how you can see, taste, or smell something and instantly you think of a food, season, or memory. One of the best things about fall is the flavors! Read on to discover TLS Shake recipes that instantly make us think of fall.

Fall Fitness

2 scoops TLS Nutrition Shake – Creamy Vanilla OR

1 serving TLS Whey Protein Shake – Vanilla

½ cup cooked sweet potato OR

½ cup Canned pumpkin

½ tsp. cinnamon

¼ tsp. ginger

1 cup skim milk

 

Apple Cinnamon

2 scoops TLS Nutrition Shake – Creamy Vanilla OR

1 serving TLS Whey Protein Shake – Vanilla

½ tsp. cinnamon

¼ cup Greek yogurt

¼ cup unsweetened applesauce

1 cup skim milk

 

Apple-Banana Cinnamon

2 scoops TLS Nutrition Shake – Creamy Vanilla OR

1 serving TLS Whey Protein Shake – Vanilla

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 apple (cored, sliced)

½ banana

1 tsp. cinnamon

 

NOTE: To give your shake a thicker consistency, add 5 ice cubes and blend.
