Recipe: TLS Cross Trainer Cupcakes

•1 ¼ cup oat flour
•½ cup stevia powder
•½ cup unsweetened applesauce
•½ cup nonfat, plain Greek yogurt 1 serving TLS Whey Protein Shake – Vanilla
•¼ cup almond milk
•2 tsp. baking powder
•½ tsp. baking soda
•½ tsp. salt
•1 tsp. almond extract
•1 tsp. vanilla extract
•3 egg whites
•Light whipped cream (optional)

Preheat oven to 350F. Coat muffin pan with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor, mixing into uniform consistency. Pour into pan and bake for 20 minutes. Cool and top with light whipped cream. Store in refrigerator.
