雞腿肉1隻;九層塔10元;
調味:
朝天椒3支;薑片12片;一杯水;一杯米酒;一杯醬油
作法:
1.將雞腿肉去皮去骨切塊;九層塔挑出嫩葉洗淨
2.用一杯水起鍋,加入薑片和朝天椒煮1分鐘
3.依序加入雞肉以中火拌炒至水氣收乾
4.加入米酒嗆鍋、 再加入醬油拌炒、蓋上鍋蓋轉小火悶煮至水份收乾
5.先關火加入九層塔嫩葉拌勻後即可起鍋
